Contact Lens Return Policy

1. All products must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
2. All products must be returned with a copy of the original invoice.
3. Open products will not be accepted for credit. Defective units will be replaced with equivalent number of trial lenses.
4. All disposable lenses must be returned within 90 days of original invoice date.
5. Spherical/vial lenses must be returned within 30 days of original invoice date.
6. Discontinued and/or expired lenses will not be accepted for credit or exchange.
7. Groveporteyecare.com will not assume responsibility for lenses returned for credit via a non-traceable delivery service. For your protection, please send returns via a service through which you can obtain proof of delivery. We recommend USPS priority mail service.
